Ñðàâíåíèå ïîëèìåðèçàöèè èíòàêòíîãî è ìîäèôèöèðîâàííîãî ïî òèðîçèíó ôëàãåëëèíà ïîäòâåðäèëî, ÷òî ñóáúåäèíèöà ôëàãåëëèíà âêëþ÷àåòñÿ â ïîëèìåð, òîëüêî ïðèíÿâ îïðåäåëåííóþ êîíôîðìàöèþ, ïîçâî-ëÿþùóþ åé âñòðîèòüñÿ â ïîëèìåð.

Áîëåå 20 ëåò ïðîâîäÿòñÿ èññëåäîâàíèÿ ñòðóêòóðû è ôóíêöèé ãëàâíûõ áåëêîâ ñîêðàòèòåëüíîãî àïïàðàòà ìûøö è ìíîãèõ èíûõ äâèãàòåëüíûõ ñèñòåì - ìèîçèíà è àêòèíà.  òå÷åíèå ïîñëåäíèõ 8 ëåò ïðîâîäÿòñÿ ñèñòåìàòè÷åñêèå èññëåäîâàíèÿ ñòðóêòóðû ìèîçèíîâîé ãîëîâêè è àêòèíà ìåòîäîì äèôôåðåíöèàëüíîé ñêàíèðóþùåé êàëîðèìåòðèè.

 ëàáîðàòîðèè áåëêîâ ðàñòåíèé (ä.á.í. Ì.À.Áåëîçåðñêèé) èçó÷åíà ðåãóëÿòîðíàÿ ñèñòåìà ïðîòåîëèçà çàïàñíûõ áåëêîâ â âûñøèõ ðàñòåíèé. Âåäóòñÿ ðàáîòû ïî èññëåäîâàíèþ èíãèáèòîðîâ ïðîòåàç êàê ñîñòàâíîé ÷àñòè çàùèòíîé ñèñòåìû ðàñòåíèé îò ïàòîãåíîâ. Ðàçðàáàòûâàþòñÿ ýêîëîãè÷åñêè ÷èñòûå ìåòîäû óñòîé÷èâîñòè ðàñòåíèé ê ïàòîãåíàì.

Èç êóëüòèâèðóåìûõ êëåòîê êèòàéñêîãî õîìÿ÷êà ÑÍÎ êëîíèðîâàí ôðàãìåíò (629 àìèíîêèñëîòíûõ îñòàòêîâ) íîâîãî áåëêà p3D2 ñ ìîëåêóëÿðíîé ìàññîé 210 êÄà, èìåþùåãî áîëåå 70% ãîìîëîãèè ñ ïðîòåèíêèíàçàìè ÷åëîâåêà è êðûñû.  êóëüòèâèðóåìûõ êëåòêàõ ìëåêîïèòàþùèõ p3D2 ëîêàëèçîâàí â èíòåðõðîìàòèíîâûõ ðàéîíàõ ÿäðà, öåíòðîñîìå è àññîöèèðîâàí ñ ìèêðîòðóáî÷êàìè. Ïðåäïîëîæèòåëüíî, p3D2 ó÷àñòâóåò â ðåãóëÿöèè äèíàìèêè ìèêðîòðóáî÷åê è/èëè çàâèñèìûõ îò ìèêðîòðóáî÷åê ïðîöåññîâ.
