ACCL: what is that and what it is for

Animal Cell Culture Laboratory (ACCL) of the Faculty of Bioengineering and Bioinformatics was created in 2001 as one of the first service groups located in Laboratory Building Б of Moscow State University. The general purpose was a maintenance of human and animal cell lines, which depend on isolation out of bacteria and yeast and also on specific equipment like CO2-incubator (see) or safety cabinet (see). Our customers are generally research faculty and staff of the A.N.Belozersky Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology, which supports ACCL, and the students of FBB. Other persons are also welcome on the terms of individual agreement (see Services and Scientific Program). We also have our own program of scientific research (see Scientific Program). Students of Moscow University and other institutions of Moscow are welcome to work on diploma and postgraduate projects.
